Occubeing
Occubeing is a health and wellbeing service, which uses the skills, qualities and principles of occupational Therapy to guide all aspects of our methodology. Our work is comprehensive, holistic, and supported by an in-depth knowledge of bio-psychological factors that impact well-being and health.
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapist work with individuals from all ages and walks of life to develop, maintain, and engage with meaningful occupations, these can include roles, relationships, jobs, education, and hobbies.
We use specialist assessments and develop bespoke therapeutic plans in order to help individuals get back to what they want to be doing or need to be doing.
The word ‘Occupation’ in the context of occupational therapy refers to everyday tasks and activities that we all engage in.
Occupational Therapists when working with individuals see them holistically, considering their personal views, aspirations, their motivations, skills, and qualities, which we incorporate into our treatment to provide meaningful support.
Occubeing provides services to workplaces, individuals and the health and social care sector, with the aim of maintaining and promoting health and well-being, and providing guidance, interventions, and strategies to manage health and well-being challenges.
